Fabrice Scardigli is the Chief Executive Officer of The Media Trader, where his role is to oversee business opportunities globally.

Prior to found TMT, Fabrice was already a pioneer of the Adtech Industry. In the early 2000's he founded World Web Network ("WWN"), the first online international publishing sales representative.   At WWN he managed all sales and business operations, and the company’s expansion efforts worldwide.  WWN was lately acquired by major digital media buyer Undertone.

Prior to WWN, Fabrice specialised in strategic media buying, media plan writing and business development.  He worked for major French broadcasting network France2-France3, where he was part of the training team for Polish and Swiss TV.

Fabrice has spent his entire career building long term and profitable media buying companies. At the S’Regie agency, he managed a multi-million euro marketing business which is the second of his field in the French market.

Fabrice graduated from Paris Dauphine University and holds a Master's degree in Law and Audiovisual Communication from Paris Sorbonne University.  


As co-founder and CTO of The Media Trader (TMT), Omar Maes sets and leads the overall business strategy of the company. Prior to founding TMT, Omar spent many years in the financial world. He built a successful career in Capital Market Finance, and in particular, the automated FX market, where he implemented middle and high frequency algorithms using advanced statistical behavior models. 

Omar is now focused on developing opportunities for advertisers to drive higher growth. He oversees the programmatic trading strategies of TMT in order to empower the advertising efforts of the world’s leading businesses.

With strong experience in automated financial trading, Omar brings a new approach and invaluable insights to the still developing programmatic buying market. His expertise in the intersection of technologies and trading models is what defines TMT's distinctive advantage in the programmatic world.  

Omar graduated from Ecole Polytechnique of Paris (France) and holds a Master's degree in Advanced Maths and Statistics from ENSAE and Paris Dauphine University.
